Where necessary, we have the ability to immobilise and remove vehicles on private land. Vehicle immobilisation, also known as wheel clamping, is very much a last resort and only undertaken under where all other attempts to prevent contravention of parking regulations have failed. Vehicle immobilisation will only follow consultation with our clients.
Any patrol officers that undertakes wheel clamping is licensed by the Security Industry Authority (SIA) and trained in vehicle immobilisation as well as customer service and conflict resolution.
Where vehicles are causing a hazard or obstruction we have the facility to remove and store them until such time as the registered keeper can be located.
